We will install a concrete sealer after the finishing process. This will help the concrete to hydrate, this is critical to concrete gaining maximum strength. We recommend that 2nd concrete be sealed again after 30days the first year.
- Please have vehicles out of the way as when we show up we want to be as close to the job site as possible. To help with being a safe and efficient work site.
- Please move furniture, grills, plants, or other objects far from the work area.
- Please notify us of any private utilities like irrigation, gas, power, septic tanks, water lines.
Keeping concrete sealed clean and dry are best practices. Water seems to be the biggest problem like, roof lines, irrigation, wet sub-base, ice or deice chemicals and many others. Clean dry concrete is happy concrete.
We take all of the concrete to recycling centers around the cities. To be crushed and reused as base for the next project.
On jobs with multiple loads concrete can differ in color. We try to use the same mix and finish, but some environmental conditions like wind, temperature, humidity can also have an effect on color.
